Welcome to Dip + Dine, your private evening escape at 350 Farms. We've thought of everything so you can simply relax, soak, and savor every moment. Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive:

What is Dip + Dine?

Dip + Dine is a private Nordic spa and dining experience, giving you full access to our wood-fired hot tub and sauna, along with a three-course farm-to-table dinner paired with a curated beverage stash or wine. It's the ultimate way to reconnect with yourself, your partner, or a small group of friends.

What time is Dip + Dine?

Dip + Dine is available for an 8 hour period on your booking date of choice. You will choose your exact time on your Guest Preference Form. Guests may check in for Dip + Dine  anytime after 1pm and utilize the amenities for 8 hours.

How do I book?

Reservations can be made by choosing a date above and booking online.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with arrival instructions, a guest preference sheet to customize your meals and beverages, and all other pertinent details.

Where is 350 Farms located?

We are located just 10 minutes from Cold Lake, AB, tucked away in the heart of Northeast Alberta’s beautiful boreal forest.
Detailed directions will be provided upon booking so you won’t have to worry about finding this hidden-away retreat.

What’s included in my Dip + Dine evening?

• Welcome glass of bubbly and chocolate-covered strawberries

• Private access to our wood-fired hot tub and sauna

• Three-course farm-to-table private dinner

• Curated beverage stash and/or wine

• Access to farm grounds, including our private trail system

• Use of robes, towels, and spa amenities

How long does the experience last?

Dip + Dine is designed to be enjoyed over approximately 4–8 hours.
You'll have plenty of time to soak, dine, and linger under the stars without feeling rushed.

What should I bring?

• Swimsuits (or not!) for spa use

• Warm layers or cozy clothes depending on the season

• (Optional) Your favorite slippers or sandals for walking to and from the spa

• Everything else — robes, towels, and drinking water — is provided!

Where do we check in?

You'll be personally welcomed upon arrival and guided to your private retreat.

Is the spa completely private?

Yes! During your experience, the sauna and hot tub are yours alone to enjoy. No other guests will be using the facilities during your booking.

​

Where is dinner served?

Dinner is served directly at Silent Sky, to be enjoyed either inside the dome or al fresco — whichever you prefer.

Can we customize the menu?

Yes! When you complete your guest preference sheet, you can tell us about your likes, dislikes, and allergies. Our chef will craft a personalized, seasonal farm-to-table menu just for you.
We can accommodate most allergies and vegetarian requests.
Please note: We are not able to accommodate vegan or celiac diets.

Can we bring additional alcohol?

We provide a curated beverage stash and/or wine as part of your evening.
All meals and beverages are included. Guests cannot bring their own food or beverages.

How many people can book Dip + Dine?

The experience is perfect for 2 to 8 guests.
Please note: the hot tub can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people at a time, and the sauna is best suited for 5–6 people.
Larger groups can inquire about special bookings or custom arrangements.

What if the weather is bad?

Dip + Dine is beautiful in every season.
The wood-fired hot tub and sauna are even more magical in cooler weather!
We recommend dressing warmly if it's cold and embracing the adventure.

What is the cancellation or change policy?

All bookings are non-refundable.
We allow date changes with at least 3 days' notice.
Changes made between 1–3 days before your booking are subject to a $50 rebooking fee.

Is the farm accessible for mobility needs?

Unfortunately, this experience is not accessible for mobility needs.

​

Are kids or pets allowed?

Kids are welcome but must be supervised at all times and cannot be left alone in the dome.
Dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times and cannot be left alone in the dome.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.
If you'd like to leave a gratuity, you can do so at checkout or in person. Your kindness is truly appreciated!

Is parking available onsite?

Yes! Free parking is available onsite.
It’s just a short walk from the parking area to your private retreat space.

Prepare to slow down, savor every moment, and experience something truly unforgettable.
